Eduardo, an experienced coffee grower from Nariño, has recently started a new project in Huila, diverging from his usual territories. His main objective is to establish an advanced coffee processing facility. This endeavour is not solely focused on processing coffee; it is a calculated attempt to enhance the production of exceptional coffees in the Huila region. Eduardo's venture in Huila is fuelled by his drive to create exceptional coffee experiences. Using the region's unique characteristics, he conducts experiments with different coffee varieties and processing techniques. With his extensive expertise, Eduardo strives to unlock the full potential of Huila's coffee industry, adding to its reputation for producing top-quality specialty coffees.
