Refund policy
Returns/Cancellation Policy
Our return policy lasts for 7 days from purchase. Once 7 days have expired unfortunately we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging to be eligible for a return. If your item is not in its original condition, is damaged or is missing components through no fault of Wild Side Coffee then your item will also not be eligible for a refund or exchange. An item that is returned more than 30 days since delivery will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Once your item has been returned to us we will send you an email to notify you that it has been received. We will then inspect the item and notify you as to whether the refund has been approved or rejected. If the refund is approved then your refund will be processed using the original method of payment.
Unfortunately we do not offer returns, exchanges or refunds to any of our coffees sold on our website.
Exchanges (If Applicable)
We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged.
