330ml of water (Approx. 97 degrees)

Time: 4:00 - 4:30 min

Grind: Filter

STEP 1:

Place the filter into the V60 funnel and rinse the paper with hot water. Dump the water after.

STEP 2:

Grind your beans fresh and then put into the V60. Make a little birds nest in the grinds with your finger.

STEP 3:

Pour about 60ml of water and give the bloom a spin or a stir.

STEP 4:

Wait about 30 seconds and pour 200ml of water. Do a gentle spin for 1 second. Hold Kettle at a constant height.

STEP 5:

Wait until 70% of the water has been filtered through and then pour until you have 330ml. Give another gentle spin.

STEP 6:

Pour into a heated cup and enjoy your brew
